ACN Barcelona.-In light of the evident shortcoming of the public administrations in providing mediate and continued attention of the victims of terrorism, an agreement with University of Barcelona (UB) has allowed the creation of the Unit of Attention and Estimation at Affected by Terrorism (UAVAT), that will be devoted to provide psychological attention and advise the direct and indirect victims of the terrorist attacks with the complicated bureaucratic formalities.
