Introduction
These rules regulate the use of the Internet Portal “www.uavat.es” (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that UAVAT makes freely available to Internet users. The use of the Portal expresses the acceptance of the user of each and every one of the rules that continue, so the user must read them in each of the occasions in which he / she intends to use the Portal.
The contracting of certain services offered to users through the Portal is subject to specific conditions that substitute, complete and / or modify the rules contemplated herein. Prior to the use of said services, therefore, the user must also carefully read the corresponding Particular Conditions.
The hiring of certain services entails obtaining personal data. The legal information corresponding to the collection of personal data is in PRIVACY.
UAVAT reserves the right to make without prior notice the modifications it deems appropriate in the presentation, configuration, services, elements, contents or conditions required to use the Portal.

Ownership
All intellectual and industrial property rights of the Portal and the elements and contents thereof, whatever their type, belong to UAVAT or, where appropriate, to third parties. The user can view such elements and contents and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of your computer or any other physical support, as long as it is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use, therefore, it is strictly forbidden its use for commercial purposes, its distribution, as well as its modification, alteration or decompilation.
The user will use the elements or contents in a diligent, correct and lawful manner and, in particular, agrees to abstain from:

Access to the Portal
Access to the Portal is free and free, however UAVAT reserves some of the Services offered through the Portal to registered users of UAVAT. However, UAVAT makes available to users certain Services whose use requires the completion of additional records by of the users. In both cases you agree to select, use and keep your username (hereinafter “login”) and your password (hereinafter “password”) (hereinafter and collectively the “Access Codes”) in accordance with what is established in the following points:
The user will choose and indicate their own Access Codes. The user will not be able to choose as user name words, expressions or graphic-denominative sets that are malignant, abusive, coinciding with trademarks, commercial names, shop signs, social denominations, advertising expressions, names and pseudonyms of public or famous characters for whose use is not authorized and, in general, contrary to the law or the requirements of morality and generally accepted good practices. The assignment of the Access Keys occurs automatically and the only criterion used for this purpose is the lack of previous Access Keys that are identical to those chosen by the user.
In the absence of choice by the user, the Access Keys will be assigned automatically by UAVAT In such case, the user may at any time change them for any other, always in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph.
The user undertakes to make diligent use of the Access Codes, as well as not to make their Access Keys available to third parties.
The user undertakes to notify UAVAT as soon as possible of the loss or theft of the Access Codes as well as any risk of access to them by a third party.

Use
The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered through this Portal and not to use them to (i) engage in illegal activities, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or attacking human rights; (iii) cause damage to physical and logical systems of UAVAT, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) try to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users or personal services and modify or manipulate their messages or content; (v) spamming or sending unsolicited email through this Portal; (vi) or make any other use that in any way may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the Portal or services or prevent normal use or enjoyment of the Portal or services by users.
UAVAT has no obligation to control and does not control the use that users make of the Portal, the services and the contents. UAVAT excludes any responsibility for damages of any kind that could be due to the use of the services and contents by users.
The user will be responsible for the infractions that may be incurred or for the damages caused in their use, exonerating UAVAT from all liability and assuming all expenses that may be incurred by UAVAT for claims of third parties.

Links, Hyperlinks and MetaTags
This Portal provides users with technical link devices (links, banners, buttons), directories and search tools that allow users to access Web sites belonging to third parties. The purpose of these links is to provide users with access to other content and information available on the Internet. UAVAT, does not become an editor of said content nor does it previously control, approve, monitor or make it its own. The user, therefore, must exercise extreme caution in the assessment and use of the information, content and services existing in the linked sites. UAVAT assumes no liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the quality, reliability, accuracy, correctness, operation, availability, accessibility, continuity, lawfulness, usefulness or any other aspect of the information and services of said contents
It is forbidden to use the trademarks or names owned by UAVAT for the optimization of the search engines of the network, both by incorporating them in code of the Web pages and by incorporating them in the keywords of the banners (key-words).
Any third party that intends to make a hyperlink or hyperlink to this Portal must have prior authorization from UAVAT. In any case, the establishment of the Hyperlink does not imply the existence of relations between UAVAT and the owner of the Web page from which it is derived.

Exclusions of Responsibilities and guarantees
